What the "name server" is and how do I adjust DNS data?

– Spoken in simple word, "name server" enables a connection of your domain with your website that is placed on a server where you are hosting your presentation. That means that if we want browser to open the website hosted on the server x, the domain z has to be connected with that server. The connection is possible over "name server". To adjust DNS data you need to login to CPanel for your domain and fill in the fields with the recquires data. After a while (12-48 hours), the settings will be activated and your domain will be connected with your website on our server.

Do you give guarantees that my web presentation will be always accessible?

– None web hosting company can guarantee that in 100%. But we can say that our servers have that 100% for a long time, but if there comes up a problem, we do backups that helps us to deal with the problems in no time.
