Can you register a domain name for me?
es, we can register .com .biz .org .net .tv. etc. You can register your domain name at the same time you order your hosting account. Search for your domain here.
Can you register country specific domains?
No, we can't register any other country specific domains. You'll need to contact your local registry to complete the registration. We can HOST all country specific domains (after you register them elsewhere).
Am I the owner of the domain name that you registered for me?
Yes. The domain name we register for you is competely in your property. It is registered at your name, not ours. If you decide to move to another host at some point in the future, you'll be free to do so.
How long does a registration of a new domain take?
Domain will be registered couple of hours upon the receipt of your request. Your registered domain name will be in function 24-48 hours from when you register it. This is because the DNS databases need some time to synchronize and refresh the information for your domain.
Do you provide me with a domain management interface?
You can request to have access to your domain management interface. Once the domain is registered, you'll need to contact our support team to create a domain account for you so you can log in to manage it on your own.
How much does it cost to transfer my domain to you?
The cost of domain transfer is 15 €. Your domain will be transferred to our registry + you'll receive a 1 year top up on the domain term. For example: if the domain was due to expire in August of 2010, with the 1 year top up, the new expiration date will be August of 2011.
Do I need to have a registered domain name to have a web site online?
No, you don't need to have a regstered domain in order to have a site online. You can host your site on a unique IP address.
What domain extensions can you host? Can you host international (country specific) domain names?
Yes we can host any international domain name, with any extension, from any country.
What is domain 'locking' and why is it crucial?
In 2005 Domain registries introduced a new domain transfer policy that makes it very easy for anyone to steal your domain name. That is if your domain is not locked. That is why it's crucial for your domain to be locked. All domains registered through us are LOCKED upon registration so you don't have to worry.
